Failed in Starting Selfscan

Today one of our clients called me and said he can’t start the selfscan with a Royl drive.

The program will hang some seconds aftet clicking the SELFSCAN button in HD DOCTOR  and then get nothing in the SELFSCAN EDIT Panel.

But all the info of the drive can be detected properly.

For such problem,we usually check the Module 28.It contains the whole selfscan flow of the drive.Everytime when you start the selfscan,the program will first load from this module.

So I ask him to find another Module28 from a compatible drive and upload it to this drive.

Please attention,the firmware need to come from a donor drive with same model number and same firmware version.

After uploading a new module,the selfscan function worked fine.
