Translator Regeneration Failed Problem for Western Digital

Translator Regeneration is a bulit-in program that used to translate the PCHS to LBA.And also used to activate some operations and modifications towards the firmware.

For some cases,we might get a error message “Translator Regeneration Failed”.How to deal with this problem?

Generally,there are 2 steps to solve such problem.

1.Check all the mudules with HD doctor.Module damage will cause this problem.

2.Try to clear the G-list and P-list.If one of them is full,translator regeneration may failed.

Remember that Translator Regeneration function won’t cause the data loss.
